Paws4Purrpose

I'm currently earning my Bachelors Degree in Animal Behavior with concentration on research surrounding Feline Behavior and management of Exotic Felines. 
I run a rescue program called 'Pets Advocates & Welfare Sanctuary' (PAWS) out of San Diego, California, and do my best to keep a substantial network going for fosters and also for those seeking to adopt, or help in other ways they feel they can. 
I spent 20 years with a cat that truly became and was more than my family to me for almost 20 years. After she passed away in early 2019, the only thing I could do was keep myself busy so I didn't fall apart missing her. So I began helping cats and kittens without homes or necessary medical care, and giving them the temporary home and care they need, and putting my best efforts in to help find them homes. Right now I use my own finances to cover the costs of care for most of the animals I rescue, but hopefully someday I'll get funding and be able to help on a larger scale.
